A very good start to a series. I also think your theories are interesting as it's a "minority" theory from what I've seen. Have you seen this video on Youtube ?

Theories like this one seem to be the most common. Either way, seeing new theories and seeing people present them regardless of the what is in the "main stream" is always refreshing.

I took off 0.5 stars because it's too short. I can understand doing smaller clips, but I mean that it's too short to really have an "atmosphere" for me. Maybe allowing more time to let the atmosphere sink in before moving on. The piece with Freddy and The Puppet is good, but have Freddy become slowly fearful of it. For example, as The Puppet is coming up the hallway, have Freddy open his eyes slowly at first and then finish quickly as The Puppet is by the door. Freddy can then become over come in fear slowly. It would add on time, but for me it's the only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5. However, that just me and my stars are biased based on what I find truly perfect. This mostly comes from my taste of horror and thriller games and movies.

Overall, I really do like it even if it's not the usual length that I'm a fan of and I couldn't get all of the atmosphere that I want. It's always great to see new people and new stuff on the site.

"Idle" Evolution is a very fitting name for this game. After a certain point, all there was for me to do is leave the game alone in the background or in "idle" time to move ahead.
This is a very well put together educational game, but the time in which it takes to get full access to the knowledge kind of off puts it.

Basically, the game was great but the time it takes to do things in the game is a real problem. I started this game at the same time with a group of friends, and out of that group of people I was the only one who saw it to the end. If there was more upgrades to speed or the costs of upgrades were to go down, this would be a solid game.
Also, maybe adding something else? Like a game mode where you would have to build the molecules before they would start to appear on screen? That would definitely add another level to the game. It would also be really cool. It could be like the knowledge tab where you would need to spend atoms in order to built up the bonus molecules. I also think that that would help people understand and learn what each molecule was better.

When you say "Minecraft thaumcraft", people are going to think that it's a minecraft game. However, it's a Madoka game; one of the few I've seen on Newgrounds. It's fun, yes, but put it under the correct title and have an option for it to be in English.
Of course, it wasn't hard to figure out what buttons did what, but it would still be great to have the option.
Next was the music. The select screen music was bad. It didn't fit in with the other music and got annoying really fast.
Therefore; -0.5 stars for unclear instructions; -1.0 stars for "mislabel"
If I may, I would suggest to call it "Madoka Magica Shoot Out"

A very well done time waster

I agree that this game is a time waster, but it can also be a very good de-stress-er (if that is a real word...). I like how there is limits on the weapons. It's almost like a built-in block to stop people from beaten the game by cheesing it (using same, over-powered weapon over and over again).
However, I think that the waves get to fast to soon. I understand that this is apart of that difficulty, but by the 6th wave I was have trouble. It could be that I'm not so good with these games, but most of all the other wave games I've play don't really get to fast until the 10th wave. Maybe you (the creators) wanted something a bit more of a challenge, but this is just what I have notice in other wave games.
Aside from that the art is beautiful, the game play is wonderful, and the idea is rich with uniquest. You should give yourselves a pat on the back and have a drink of eggnog (it's Christmas). You should all do another game together sometime. I'm sure that Newgrounds will enjoy it as much as this one :)
